This survey is run by Reform Bangor Aberconwy Ynys Môn in connection with the Ynys Gybi by-election.

Depending on how you choose to respond, we may collect:

• Your answers to survey questions about local issues

• Your voting intention

• Your contact details (such as name, email address or phone number, if you choose to provide them)

Providing contact details is optional.

Why we are collecting this information
We collect this information to:

• Understand local views and priorities in Ynys Gybi

• Identify and remind Reform UK supporters to vote on election day

• Analyse opinions on local issues in a cumulative and anonymised way

We are not using this survey to add people to a mailing list or for ongoing marketing.

How we use your information

• Voting intention and contact details may be used to contact you only in relation to this by-election (for example, an election-day reminder)

• Answers to policy or spending-priority questions will only be analysed in aggregate

• Your information will not be sold, shared, or passed to third parties

Lawful basis for processing

• We process this data as part of democratic engagement and political campaigning

• By completing the survey, you consent to us using your responses, including political opinions, for the purposes described above

How long we keep your data
All personal data collected through this survey will be deleted after the Ynys Gybi by-election has concluded.
